These can be left on our voice mail service, which is open 24 hours a day seven days a week.  please remember that requests made via the voice mail service are only processed during working hours.

Please do not phone to confirm your prescription is ready as this blocks our telephone lines.

We are open for emergencies only. If you feel your symptoms are an emergency please contact us by PHONE. 

We are not offering any routine appointments.  This also applies to treatment room.

We are offering new Video Appointments. These run from any device including android phones and tablets , apple iPhone and iPad , also any laptop and PC. This is sponsored through the NHS and is secure.

Moving Out of Our Area

If you move out of the Practice area you will be required to find a new Practice. We cannot keep you on our list and will advise the Health Board of your new address. We will ensure that you can access our services for a maximum of 4 weeks after you move away to facilitate your change of Practice.
