These can be left on our voice mail service, which is open 24 hours a day seven days a week.  please remember that requests made via the voice mail service are only processed during working hours.

Please do not phone to confirm your prescription is ready as this blocks our telephone lines.

We are open for emergencies only. If you feel your symptoms are an emergency please contact us by PHONE. 

We are not offering any routine appointments.  This also applies to treatment room.

Video Consultation

We are offering new Video Appointments. These run from any device including android phones and tablets , apple iPhone and iPad , also any laptop and PC. This is sponsored through the NHS and is secure.

Home Visits

Home visits are available for patients who cannot attend the Practice because of their medical condition. If you think a visit is necessary then please call before 10.30am if possible.

Your request will be assessed by the nurse or doctor and in some situations you may be asked to attend the Practice. Please do not make house call requests if you are well enough to attend as we can see several patients in the Practice in the time it takes to do one home visit.
