IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS WHO GET FLU VACCINATION 2019

For this year some vaccinations will be given by the Practice (usual drop in clinics), and some at NHS clinics (by appointment only).

NHS CLINICS

Adults born between 01/04/1945 and 31/03/1955

will need to make an appointment for the NHS CLNICS.  These clinics are being held in the health center, LEVEL TWO appointments can be made by calling on 01236 769333, choose option 0.

CHILDREN aged 2-5 will be appointed to an NHS CLINIC and the appointment will be posted out.

Home Visits

Home visits are available for patients who cannot attend the Practice because of their medical condition. If you think a visit is necessary then please call before 10.30am if possible.

Your request will be assessed by the nurse or doctor and in some situations you may be asked to attend the Practice. Please do not make house call requests if you are well enough to attend as we can see several patients in the Practice in the time it takes to do one home visit.
