IMPORTANT INFORMATION FOR PATIENTS WHO GET FLU VACCINATION 2019

For this year some vaccinations will be given by the Practice (usual drop in clinics), and some at NHS clinics (by appointment only).  

NHS CLINICS

Adults born between 01/04/1945 and 31/03/1955

will need to make an appointment for the NHS CLNICS.  These clinics are being held in the health center, LEVEL TWO appointments can be made by calling on 01236 769333, choose option 0.

CHILDREN aged 2-5 will be appointed to an NHS CLINIC and the appointment will be posted out.

When We Are Closed

If you require medical assistance outside normal opening hours (6.00pm – 8.00am Monday to Friday and all day Saturday and Sunday) please contact the telephone number below:
