Patient Registration

Any patient living within our catchment area can request to be registered with the practice.

Applications are made on a registration form. All new patients receive a new patient medical check with the practice nurse. This check allows us to create a temporary record for you and also gives us an opportunity to meet you face to face.

Early registration of new babies greatly assists access to health services such as immunisation and child health surveillance.

Patients register with the Practice and not a particular doctor or nurse. However, you do have the right to ask see the doctor or nurse of your preference and we will make every effort to accommodate your request. Please understand that it may not always be possible for you to see the clinician of choice.

Disabled Access

There is disabled parking at the lower ground floor Gartlea entrance at the back of the building. the lift will bring you straight up to the Practice at the 1st floor.
